Update Your Account Email

To change the email address you use to sign in to your ECPR account, please follow these instructions.

1. Sign in to your My ECPR profile and select My Profile and click on the email icon.

2. Your current email address will be displayed. To update it, enter your email address in both fields.


Important Note: If you no longer have access to your ECPR account and need the address updated, please contact us to request the change. To verify your identity, please provide the following:


  • Details of a few events you have previously attended using this account.

  • The new email address you would like us to update your account with.


Once we have received and verified this information, we will proceed with the update.
