Payments
All registration fees must be paid in full before the event begins. Any applicable bank transfer charges are your responsibility. Fees may be subject to taxes, levies, or government charges (e.g., VAT or sales tax) based on the event’s location.
If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your registration without notice. Delegates with outstanding fees at the start of the event must settle them on-site to gain entry.
