Attendance Cancellation

If you are no longer able to attend the event, please email the Events Team as soon as possible.

• If you have already registered for the event, your registration will need to be cancelled and the team will check if you are eligible for a refund based on the event Terms and Conditions available on the event's web page. 

• If you have not yet registered, the Events Team will withdraw your role and/or paper from the event.
