If you are directing or planning to attend an event in person, please do not book your accommodation or travel until your participation has been confirmed.

When making travel and accommodation arrangements, ensure that your bookings are refundable. It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance. 

ECPR is not liable for reimbursing any costs related to travel or accommodation incurred by participants.
